We know pole dancing is an excellent workout and requires strength to maneuver up and around the pole, but everyone adapts to their own style. Depending on the way you move and what type of music you take too can depend on what style you naturally adapt too. If you enjoy wearing heels while pole dancing you may prefer a more exotic dance influenced style involving flexibility, sassy heel clacks, fluid floorwork and melty transitions.
