If you purchased a Groupon from us please click on the register button to the side and create an account with us. Once you have done this please contact our studio with your first and last name so we can add your classes to your account and voila!
- Do not apply lotions or oils before attending pole classes as it will be more difficult to grasp onto the pole.
- Please do not wear jewelry (especially rings) to pole class for they will damage the poles and the jewelry itself.
- Everyone may feel nervous in the beginning but you will feel comfortable in a non-competitive and safe environment.
- You may choose to wear running shoes, dance heels, or go barefoot.
How do I register for a class or workshop?
To register for classes and workshops you must register online or contact our studio to come and pay for your class/workshop before it starts to ensure a spot is held for you.

What do I need to bring for my first class?
For all of our classes in general, we recommend that you bring a water bottle and wear shorts or capri’s.
Can my boyfriend or friend come watch me in class?
No! Please keep in mind their are others participating in class who will not feel comfortable with this. Cherry Blossom Studio does NOT allow spectators, visitors or children to classes there are no exceptions, please do not ask.
What do I wear for pole dancing?
Level 1: You can wear leggings and a tank top and you make choose to wear socks or leg warmers.
Level 2+: Tank tops and shorts are best, as you want to have your skin visible to be able to grip the pole, but the main thing is for you to feel comfortable.
What do I wear for Aerial Silks and Aerial Yoga?
Cap sleeve t-shirts, tight leggings and socks are a must. All visible jewelry, sharp edges such as zippers must be removed to avoid tearing the fabric.
Can I drop in or do I have to make an appointment?
You must call before and register for a class to hold a spot as we only limited spots in classes to ensure a quality workout and no pole sharing.
Who can attend a pole lesson?
Pole dancing is a fun workout for people of all shapes and sizes! Participants with heart problems, back problems, pregnancy, and injuries should not participate. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in pole dancing or have consent from a parent or guardian. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed to participate.
I am shy to pole dance in a group setting, what are some other options?
It is normal to feel shy when you start anything new, but once you come to a class and experience the positive and encouraging energy amongst the other students we are sure you will have a great time and be at ease. If you are still hesitant, try a private session to build up your confidence and get one-on-one support. You may also choose to bring a friend to a private session.
Will I get injured?
As with any new sport there are risks, all of our instructors are certified professionals and we ask that you listen to their directions and safety advise.
Can I pay monthly for memberships?
Yes, you can pay monthly using our autopay system. Autopay is only available for credit card holders, if you would like to pay in cash you must pay your membership in full.
What is the difference between Silver Membership and Gold Membership?
Silver Membership- This Membership includes one 6-week pole or Session a week and FREE Pole Practice and 10 % off our Boutique.
Gold Membership- This Membership includes three 6-week Pole or Aerial Sessions a week, 8 fitness classes a month FREE Pole Practice, and 10% off our Boutique.
I have a membership and can’t come anymore, how can I cancel?
When you sign a contract for 3, 6, or 12 months you must finish your contract or pay the cancellation fee. Cancellation fee 20% of the total membership to stop payments and cancel your contract. We need 7 days notice to cancel your monthly payments. So for example your payments come out on the 22nd of every month, you would need to notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by the 15th latest to stop the autopay.
If you have a Doctor’s note we can suspend your membership until Doctor gives the okay.
What is the Difference between Fitness Classes and Pole Classes?
Fitness classes include Polefit, Flexibility, Flexibility & Conditioning, Chair Dancing, Twerk, and Bombshell Burlesque.
Pole classes included all levels 1- 6+ and Exotic Dance.
What does the 2-Week Unlimited Membership include?
The 2-Week Unlimited Membership includes 1 Pole Teaser and Unlimited Fitness Classes for 2-weeks. 2-weeks start from your first class.
Can I purchase more than 1, 2-Week Unlimited Membership?
No, this is a special offer so you can get a feel for our classes. Only 1, 2-week Unlimited Membership is valid per person whether you purchase it online, at the studio, or through other specials.
What if I miss a class?
24 hr notice to the studio via email, phone, or online is strictly enforced. If you cancel before 24 hrs you will be able to reschedule a class if it is a fitness or drop-in. If you don’t give proper notice you will lose your class.
How do I book a Pole Party, Private Lesson or Drop in Class?
To book a Pole Party, Private Lesson, or Drop-in Class, we ask that you contact us by e-mail on our contact page. We can then go ahead and schedule you and you will have the choice to pay your deposit online through e-transfer or by adding a credit card to your CB account.
I am pregnant, can I still participate?
No, even if your doctor allows it we will not allow you to participate in classes or parties due to safety issues.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
When registering for a class, full payment is required either online or at the studio to reserve your spot in class. We reserve the right to cancel a class; if a class does not have enough students and gets canceled, a refund can be provided.
Prior to 1 week before your class starts you will be able to obtain credit. Within 1 week, no refund or credit. After the class has started no refund.
When booking a party, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time, and the remaining balance owing is due upon arrival of your party. We ask that you please send your deposit as soon as possible to confirm the booking with our instructor.
No refunds are available for workshops and no moving spots around to different workshop times and dates are allowed, no exceptions.
For All Other Purchases:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any other purchases from our store, products, or gift certificates. All sales are final.
What if I missed a class?
Students who miss a group class within a 6-week program, that is scheduled (due to personal schedule conflicts, unanticipated circumstances, etc.) will NOT be permitted to make up for that missed class.
Please give the studio at least 24 hours notice or you will lose your class.
I would like a membership what are my payment options?
You can pay autopay and monthly payments will come off your credit card. Or you can pay the 3, 6 or 12 months in full by cash, credit card, or debit.
What types of payment do you take at the studio?
We currently do not have a terminal for cards, but you can add a credit card to your CB account and we can charge from there, or you can send a transfer to our email address email@example.com
How long are my passes active for?
Drop in class – 60 Days from the purchase date
