Specially designed pole dancing classes from beginner to expert, with six different levels to keep you challenged. Each Level focuses on an array of moves that are combined in to a routine. We focus on showing you safe techniques and slowly increase the intensity of each move along your pole journey to build your strength. Please make sure to register for classes to reserve your spot.

Never tried pole dancing and want to give it a try?!
Teaser classes are an introductory 45 min. Pole dancing class that will teach you beginner moves, floor work, choreography and a small routine.
Open Practice Sessions
With a variety of practice times daily six days a week, get your moves down perfect and come work out amongst your fellow pole dancers. Please check the practice schedule for a time that works for you and feel free to drop in, no appointments required!
