Start your New Year off right with our ever so popular Yoga Workshops with Kassandra! Start achieving all of your Pole and Aerial goals by building your strength and balance from the ground. This will make all of those aerial moves and poses much easier once when you have a basic understanding of how your core and upper body strength are used to execute arm balancing and inversion yoga poses.

Join Kassandra for an afternoon of play as we learn to fly in arm balances like crow, side crow and eight angle pose! We’ll start off with plenty of wrist and joint warm ups and then move into a strong yoga class focusing on core & upper body strength as well as deep hip and shoulder openers to get you ready to balance on your hands. Whether you’re a total newbie or a pro, this 2 hour workshop will give you all the tools needed to face your fears and build up the strength and balance required to master arm balances.

Join Kassandra for an afternoon of play as we get upside down and practice inversions such as headstand, forearm stand and handstand! We’ll start off with a strong yoga class warm up focusing on core, glutes and shoulder strength to get you ready to invert either on your own, with a partner or against a wall! Whether you’re a total newbie or an inversion pro, this 2 hour workshop will give you all the tools needed to face your fears and go upside down with total body awareness and confidence.
