A studio manager will market the brand in the community to create brand awareness, selling memberships, booking parties, scheduling classes and answering client emails. Responsible for keeping the studio in top notch shape, overseeing sales performance and organizing events .A studio manager has previous manager and sales experience with a passion for fitness. They will be creative, independent and resourceful and understands the importance of a positive, welcoming work environment. Must be a good leader, confident and passionate to strive for being the best!
Manager hours are Monday-Thursday 4-10 and working from home or on location the rest.
-Keep studio clean and all equipment in order
-schedule classes, privates and parties, confirm parties
-making creative promo, out reaching to get new clients at schools etc
-working the front desk and selling products, answering questions,
-training weekend desk staff
-checking in with staff, organizing staff and student events and workshops
-managing social media accounts
-weekly zoom meetings and training
-meeting with instructors to discuss performance, new class ideas, etc.

We are always looking for Pole Dance and Aerial Instructors. The more versatile with apparatus, fitness experience or dance experience the better as we usually schedule our instructors for 4 hrs of classes per day. Once chosen all instructors must be PFIC certified for safety and insurance.
