Intro to Pole (Level 1)
Beginner Class 4-Week Session
Get acquainted with the pole as you learn the basic moves of pole dancing with floor moves, basic choreography and spins. This level breaks you in and teaches you the basics of pole dancing as well as a fun routine. This 4-week class is a great way to try pole over 4 weeks instead of 6.
Pole 1: Beginners (Spins & Climbs PFA Levels 1-2)
Beginner Class 6-Week Session
Get acquainted with the pole as you learn the basic moves of pole dancing with floor moves, basic choreography, spins and be introduced to climbing the pole. This level breaks you in and teaches you the basics of pole dancing as well as a fun routine. This 6-week class is a must to move onto other levels.
This class is great for those that took the Intro to pole and want more time to practice, or for those that have previous pole experience and are coming back to classes. This class is also great to refine your beginner pole spins.
You do not have to take this class is you took our Intro to Pole (Level 1) class
Advanced Beginner – Advanced Pole Classes
Start with Level 1 and work your way up! Our Level 1 is a 6-week sessions. Don’t rush your pole journey, everyone evolves at their own pace. We focus on proper execution and technique with all of our certified professional instructors.
Pole 2: Sits & Climbs (Advanced Beg. PFA Level 2-3)
Once completing our Pole Virgins 6-week class successfully Level 2 awaits you! In this level you will learn more difficult spins with various hand grips and be introduced to spin pole. You will increase your strength and endurance with pole climbs, sits and headstands. Lots of core conditioning will be taught in preparation for inverts and more demanding moves in Level 3.
Pole 3: Inverts & Tricks (Intermediate PFA Level 3-5)
At this point in your personal pole journey, your grip, core and upper body strength have increased and you are ready to continue to build upper body strength and core strength by learning a variety of inverts and tricks. But it is not just inverts! All of your previous repertoire of spins, climbs and poses will be used in combos conditioning you into the ultimate sexy pole beast. We will continue to use a combination of spin and static pole as well as learn leg hangs, hip holds and use them in combos.
Pole 4: Tricks & Combos (Intermediate/Pre-Advanced PFA Levels 6-8)
In this level you will learn some tricks and poses and how to add them into a combo. This level is ongoing, new and review of tricks and combos will be taught each class, instructors will give you tips and tricks so you can continue to work on moves and increase your strength, flexibility and endurance. Modifications and accelerations will be taught to each student individually so everyone is learning and excelling in their personal pole journey.

Pole 5: Advanced Tricks (PFA Levels 9-10)
In this level you will learn some of the most challenging tricks and poses. This level is ongoing, new tricks and combos will be taught each class, instructors will give you tips and tricks so you can continue to work on moves and increase your strength, flexibility and endurance. Modifications and accelerations will be taught to each student individually so everyone is learning and excelling in their personal pole journey.

Specialty Pole Dance Classes
Heels Choreo Classes
Our Erotic Dance classes are focussed more on an Erotic style of dance wearing heels. Fluid melty body rolls and footwork will be taught along with pole dancing moves taught in our Pole 1 classes. We recommend taking a Pole 1 6-week session or Exotic Basics 6-week class first before taking Exotic 1.
Beginner Heels – Technique & Transitions
Erotic Basics – For Pole Beginners (4-week)
In this 4-week class learn basic pole spins and exotic dance base work (movement around the base of the pole) and floor work, specified poses, and movements on the floor. In this course, you will learn a routine that will be taught and practiced in each class. This class is for pole virgins and students who want to work on their exotic style and flow.
Heels are encouraged but optional. For Newbies we recommend bare feet to learn new spins rather than putting on heels to practice the routine.
Erotic Dance (Heels Choreo)
Erotic Dance on Spin (Heels Choreo)
Heels & Edgework
Add more style to your flow with foot movements giving the illusion of skating around the pole. Feel more comfortable in heels and learn how to utilize edgework in your favourite moves adding style and personality to your flow.
This class is welcome to all levels. Experience with heels is a must.
Other Specialty Pole Classes
Our other specialty pole classes are great for students that want to learn more styles and work on flow, strength and gracefulness.
Chair & Pole Choreo
In this class, you will learn tricks and transitions and how to tie chair dance and pole together creating a fun choreo. This class will include chair work and pole spins. Flow to the music and discover new movement patterns. This class is great for those wanting to learn something new and fun! Heels welcome but not required.
This class is welcome to all levels.
Pole Flow
In this class, you will learn to tie all of your favourite moves together with transitions creating a melty flow. This class will include floorwork, base work, climbs and pole tricks. Flow to the music and discover new movement patterns. This class is great for those wanting to develop their own choreography.
This class is welcome to all levels. Pre-requisite Pole 1
Spin Pole
In this class, we remove the pin and put the pole on spin. Learn proper shoulder engagement, grips, and new spin combinations each week. This class welcomes all levels as the instructor can modify up and down.
Prerequisite: Pole 1
Pole Goals
This class is open to all students who have completed Pole 1 and all levels are welcome. In this class, we will polish off combos and integrate personal style into your favourite spins and tricks. just like a private lesson you can seek advice from your instructor and work on your goals.

Open Practice Sessions
Open Practice
With a variety of practice times 5 days a week, get your moves down and come work out amongst your fellow pole dancers. Please check the practice schedule for a time that works for you and feel free to drop in, no appointments are required! Space is available on a first come first serve basis and is free for members or available for a small fee to drop-in students.
