Drop Ins:

If you are unable to attend a class that you have pre-registered for, we ask that you contact the studio or cancel on our App at least 24 hours in advance of the class in order to cancel.  If you do not cancel or give us 24 hours notice you will lose your class.

6-Week Virgins Sessions:

To cancel your session you must let us know 1 week in advance. Less than 1 week in advance you will not be able to switch your session. If you miss a class out of your session you will lose it. No make up classes allowed.

Classes:

When registering for a class, full payment is required either online or at the studio to reserve your spot in class. We reserve the right to cancel a class if a class does not have enough students, a refund will be provided if we cancel a class.

Prior to 1 week before your class starts you will be able to obtain a credit. Within 1 week, no refund. After the class has started no refund. Please note we do not authorize refunds on classes only store credits.

Parties:

When booking a party, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time, and the remaining balance owing is due upon arrival of your party. To switch your party we need 2-week advance warning or you will lose your deposit without the possibility of rebooking. You will need to put down another deposit to rebook.

Workshops:

No refunds are available for workshops and no moving spots around to different workshop times and dates are allowed, no exceptions.

For All Other Purchases:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any other purchases from our store, products or gift certificates. All sales are final.
