If you are unable to attend a class that you have pre-registered for, we ask that you contact the studio at least 24 hours in advance of the class in order to cancel.  If you do not show for 3 or more classes that you have pre-registered for, without notifying us, you will lose ALL pre-registration privileges.

If you are registered for a 6-week class and miss a session, you will lose that session. Prior to 1 week before your class starts you will be able to obtain a refund. Within 1 week, no refund. After the class has started no refund.
When registering for a class, full payment is required either online or at the studio to reserve your spot in class. We reserve the right to cancel a class if a class does not have enough students, a refund will be provided if we cancel a class.
When booking a party, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time, and the remaining balance owing is due upon arrival of your party.
